Enabling translation languages for your congregation

Choose which languages your listeners can pick from.

Glossa supports over 100 languages, and every plan includes all of them. You decide which ones to switch on for your congregation. Listeners can only choose from the languages you enable, so there are no surprise selections and no unexpected charges from someone picking a language you weren't expecting.

How to enable languages
  1. Open your service in the dashboard
  2. Go to your language settings
  3. Turn on each language you want to offer your congregation
  4. Save your changes

When listeners connect, they'll see only the languages you've enabled. They can then choose whether to listen to the AI voice translation or read text captions, whichever they prefer.

    A note on billing

You're billed per language per hour, calculated by the minute, for spoken content only. Silence and songs are not billed. The number of listeners never affects your cost, so whether five people connect or five hundred, the price is the same. Enabling more languages increases cost only when they're actively being translated during a live service.
