If your music or other audio suddenly drops in volume when Glossa is running, that's a Windows feature called audio ducking. Windows thinks you're on a call and quiets everything else. You can switch it off.

How to turn off audio ducking

  1. Right-click the speaker icon in your taskbar.
  2. Choose Sounds (or open Sound settings, then More sound settings).
  3. Go to the Communications tab.
  4. Select Do nothing.
  5. Click Apply, then OK.

Your other audio will now stay at full volume while Glossa is running.
