How Glossa pricing works

The simple idea behind your bill: you pay for spoken translation, by the language, by the minute.

Glossa pricing is built to be fair and predictable. You're billed for the time Glossa is actively translating spoken content, charged per language and calculated by the minute. There are no hardware costs and no setup fees.


Per language, per hour, billed by the minute

The unit of pricing is one language for one hour. If you translate a service into two languages, that uses two language-hours. Because it's calculated by the minute, you're never rounded up to a full hour. A 40 minute message into one language is billed as 40 minutes, not an hour.


You only pay for spoken content

Glossa does not charge for silence or for songs and worship music. The meter effectively runs only while there is speech to translate, so the quiet moments and the music during your service don't add to your bill.


The number of listeners never changes the price

This is the part churches are often surprised by. Whether 5 people or 500 people connect to listen, the cost is exactly the same. You're paying for the translation itself, not per person, so you never have to worry about a big Sunday costing more than a small one.


A few quick examples

  • A 1 hour service translated into 1 language, on Pay As You Go: $5.
  • A 1 hour service translated into 3 languages, on Pay As You Go: $15.
  • A 90 minute service with about 50 minutes of actual speaking, translated into 2 languages: roughly $8.30, because only the spoken minutes count.
